Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross (c) vs. Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville – WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship

Bassam Kaado: Mandy Rose claims she’s better looking than Nikki Cross, but Cross is a fantastic worker. There is no chance in Hell “Fire & Desire” are winning.

Bryan Heaton: If both women’s championships on the singles side are likely to change hands, there’s less of a chance the tag titles are flipped. Mandy and Sonya will have their time, but for now, Bliss and Cross will continue their surprising reign.

Chris Jeter: Even though WWE cares about the Women’s Tag Team Titles as much as Los Angeles residents care about the Rams and the Chargers, they seem to be all in on whatever long term story they are telling with Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross, so I’ll pick them to win.

Chris Schad: Not too much to say about this one since the women’s tag titles have seemed to be pushed aside since their introduction (Which is too bad). One of the biggest issues with the division is establishing legitimate contenders and as one of the three to four women’s tag teams on the roster, Rose and DeVille get a shot. That being said, the momentum is on the side of Bliss & Cross and the only way I see their reign ending is with Cross going face. That build will take a while, so for now, Cross and Bliss remain besties and retain the titles.

Joe Anthony Myrick: Call me crazy, but I find it hard to believe we get a title change out of a feud that more or less started a week ago. Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross get the easy retain here. But damn, man, WWE need to start putting some actual care into their women’s division one of these days and actually try to craft real storylines. I could rant it about it, but maybe I’ll save it for another article. Maybe.

Mark Justice: This feud was as ugly as Mandy Rose’s abominable ‘rat’ promo about Nikki Cross on SmackDown Live. If this was a methodology used to assimilate the Women’s Tag Team Championships to ‘cheese,’ then I can’t argue against that. The Women’s Tag Team Championships is most likely one of the most irrelevant championships in WWE history. As for my prediction, it is evident that Rose and Deville have not attained sufficient build up to be considered a threat to the reign of Bliss and Cross. So, Bliss and Cross has my vote.

Maysum Hudda: This match I predict will be on the preshow of the PPV which is a true testament at how little WWE thinks of this division. Since Wrestlemania, we have seen nothing but decline in the importance of the Women’s Tag Titles. The fact that this feud has been built up by Fire and Desire calling Nikki Cross ugly is really really sad. I hate bullies, so I’m picking Bliss and Cross to retain.

Ryan Anderson: Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross appeared to be the classic story of the pretty girl in
school who befriends the outcast, only to turn on the outcast. It hasn’t gone that way, yet. The tag team has worked but the time is now to slowly start the break up. Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville have the seeds of a great pretty woman heel (Rose) with her enforcer (Deville). Deville will be on the latest season of Total Divas. We have seen WWE likes to favorably portray the women on the show
