5. Undisputed Era Defeat Street Profits to Retain The NXT Tag Team Championships

On the August 28th episode of NXT, The Undisputed Era defeated The Street Profits to become the new NXT Tag Team Champions. Since then, The Street Profits had not been granted their rematch and have instead been busy bringing back the swag to Monday Night Raw on a weekly basis.

Thanks to General Manager William Regal’s announcement on Twitter, The Street Profits will finally get their rematch on this episode of WWE NXT. With Street Profits constantly appearing on Raw, expect them to not regain the tag team championships and instead potentially move up to the main roster.

Despite the loss, they will still be fully capable of filling their cups with happiness on the road to the WWE draft. Hopefully, they can revive the impaired Raw Tag Team Division, which is dominated by the illegitimate tag team and Raw Tag Team Champions Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler.

Besides, Undisputed Era very recently fulfilled their prophecy and thereby must continue their dominance on NXT. With NXT just joining the USA Network and starting a new era, the Undisputed Era is the marketable faction NXT needs to be on top of the division at this moment in time.

Their call-ups to the main roster should not happen anytime soon. Their time as NXT Tag Team Champions is far from over, and that is undisputed.
