Bayley and Charlotte Flair had their third match for the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship, and “The Hugger” prevailed after debuting a new look.
Is she a heel or is she not a heel? That was the question we asked about Bayley, who started to show more of an edge later in her reign as the WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion. She started beating the crap out of people and even cheated in her first SmackDown Women’s Title match against Charlotte Flair at Clash of Champions, using the turnbuckle to win.
But WWE fans hadn’t seen Bayley turn “full heel”.
That is, of course, until “Draft Night” on the second episode of SmackDown on FOX.
After losing the SmackDown Women’s Championship to Charlotte at Hell in a Cell in a match that wasn’t announced until the weekend of the Pay-Per-View, Bayley had a third title bout with Charlotte scheduled on Friday. And to close the show, Bayley won her championship back after debuting a new haircut and destroying the Bayley Buddies.
Yes, she chopped the inflatable toys with a kendo stick. She’s pure evil now.

More importantly, she’s back to being at the top of the SmackDown Women’s Division, which just added Sasha Banks (finally!) on Draft Day.
It’s safe to say that business is picking up on the Blue Brand.
And WWE fans were #here for both Bayley’s title victory and the completion of her heel turn.
That was a big moment for Bayley. No Sasha Banks involvement. No attacking someone to cash in.

That's the breakout. This is the star making moment.
And I am sold.#wwe #WWEDraft #SmackDown
Tom Colohue always had great thoughts. Bayley has always been a star and has been at an MVP level since winning the title at Money in the Bank, but THIS is a huge moment for her. Now, Bayley can go from “star” in a WWE sense to “star” in a more mainstream sense. Let’s see how this all unfolds, but we should all be VERY excited.
See? I knew there had to be a reason why I relate to this new Bayley so much more!
We need a segment where Natalya walks into the bathroom to fix her make up and Bayley & Liv are in there smoking.

Sounds like a good way to debut the “Real” Liv Morgan. It all sounds a lot better than whatever WWE called “Riotting”.
Bayley gets a complete makeover that would have been a big benefit to Roman Reigns years ago.

And by that I mean Roman Reigns should have the same exact hair cut Bayley has now.
SRS has jokes for days.
We just saw Bayley graduate from middle school into her emo high school phase.

The SmackDown Women’s Championship is her diploma.
Bayley has cut her hair.

She's murdering the inflatable dancers.
Dark Bayley is in the house, y'all. It's Bizarro World.#SmackdownOnFox
Can I just say that I love living in Bizarro World?
Mr. Bivens gets the last word when applicable. Those are the rules.
