The Best Friends (Chuck Taylor & Trent Beretta) w/ Orange Cassidy vs. The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) (4-3)

Orange Cassidy came into the ring as the Bucks posed and he looked unimpressed. Nick shoved him and Cassidy hit a little kick to the shin of the Bucks. The Bucks superkicked him and the crowd booed. The Best Friends defended their friend and lawndarted Nick Jackson into a cutter for a 2 count. Trent tried to hit Nick but couldn’t, and Nick ran wild.

Nick hit an x-factor on Trent and then a moonsault on Chuck Taylor. The Bucks hit a rolling neckbreaker/back breaker on Trent. They superkicked Chuck, and then hugged in the ring. Taylor and Trent didn’t take kindly to this and they fought back and hit a spear on the floor, followed by a Doomsday Knee on the floor on Nick Jackson!

Trent whipped Matt Jackson to the corner, but Matt ran up the ropes and hit a DDT on Chuck on the apron. Matt was distracted by Orange Cassidy, and Trent cut him off. Trent sent Matt into the guardrail. Matt Jackson hit a flipping stunner on Trent and then whipped him into the corner and hit his rolling Northern Lights Suplexes. Before Matt could hit another one, Trent ran up the ropes and hit a Tornado DDT on Matt.

Nick Jackson took out both men, and as Trent went for a dive, Nick moved, and Trent crashed. Nik Jackson hit the corner knee on Trent and then hit a running knee for a 2 count. Nick hit a vertical suplex and missed a 450 splash. Trent hit a high angle German and a Saito suplex on Matt. Trent ate a kick from Nick Jackson, but Trent fought through it and hit a German suplex on Nick and tagged out.

Chuck Taylor ran wild and hit a sliced bread on Nick and a powerbomb on Matt for a 2 count. Chuck Taylor hit a belly to belly on Matt into the corner, and Nick happened to be laying there. Ouch. Chuck hit the Falcon Arrow, but Matt Jackson kicked out. Chuck went to the top rope but Matt cut him off. As Matt was going for the suplex, Trent ran up the ropes and hit a German suplex off the top rope on Matt Jackson.

Orange Cassidy jumped onto both Bucks with his hands in his pockets as Chuck hugged the referee. The Best Friends hit Strong Zero on Matt, but Nick flew off the top rope and killed Trent with a senton bomb to break the pinfall. Chuck Taylor tagged in put Matt on his shoulders and Trent hit the Doomsday Knee, but as Matt flipped off the back he landed on his feet, superkicked Chuck, then Trent, and then there was a double superkick on Chuck.

Nick Jackson flew over the top rope and took out Trent and Orange Cassidy, and then the Bucks hit More Bang for Your Buck on Chuck Taylor for the pinfall!

Result: The Young Bucks (5-3)

Rating: ****2/4 (4.5 stars)

Wow. Another incredible match here, as AEW is determined to knock it out of the park.
