Xia Li

Rhea Ripley could have to bring in a martial artist in order to win WarGames. That person is Xia Li. The addition of Li gives credibility to Team Ripley. When you see Li on your TV screen, she radiates a different aura than other wrestlers. Fans are aware of her striking background. That is the tie in to justify why Ripley chose her.

The announcement shouldn’t be made on the next episode of WWE NXT TV. It should be announced after the next two weeks of Team Baylzer brutalizing members of Team Ripley. This forces Ripley to hire the most lethal striker on the NXT roster, Xia Li, to gain revenge.

Li isn’t the most polished wrestler on the NXT roster. She has been a professional wrestler for just 2 years. Her lack of experience can be hidden in WarGames. She won’t have to go to the ring and have a classic.

WarGames allow Li to demonstrate her skills as a striker. Her star making moment can be when she has a physical interaction with Bayzler. It will wet the fans appetite for her eventual run on NXT.

When the time is right for Li to be a mainstay on NXT TV, the memories she creates as a part of Team Ripley at WarGames will add credibility to her character.
