Brock Lesnar moves to Raw, confronts Rey Mysterio

For those who missed or skipped the Crown Jewel PPV (eh, truth be told, we don’t blame you, for self-explanatory reasons), let’s take a quick moment to recap those events:

So after Brock Lesnar successfully retained his WWE Championship against Cain Velasquez, Rey Mysterio sought and destroyed The Beast with every wrestler’s favorite heat seeking missile that is the steel chair.

In a follow-up on SmackDown, an enraged advocate in Paul Heyman spoke on behalf of an even more enraged Brock Lesnar, who wanted a match with Rey Mysterio, but was denied because both men are on separate brands and contractually obligated to the television networks that each brand belongs to. To rectify this issue, Lesnar quit SmackDown on the spot and promised to pay Mysterio a visit on the following Monday. It is now the following Monday.

The assumption now is that since The Fiend is a SmackDown Superstar with a Raw title (don’t worry, we’ll get to it), Brock will now establish himself as a Raw Superstar and, therefore, the titles will switch brands. Expect a Paul Heyman promo confirming this, and perhaps we’ll get a face to face confrontation between Brock and Rey. Not sure if things get physical, but I have feeling an announcement will be made for Survivor Series.

Prediction: Possible staredown, Brock vs. Rey for the WWE Championship confirmed for Survivor Series.
