IMPACT Wrestling November 5th full card preview and predictions
Sami Callihan celebrates
Now that last week is in the books and Sami Callihan is in the history books a latest, newest, current man to hold the IMPACT World Championship, he is going to hold a celebration for his efforts. His celebration is likely to be comprised of him gloating against the critics who did not believe in him, the fans who boo him every week, and how that title in his hands proves how he proved them all wrong.
Usually, as it has historically been the case in wrestling lore, heel championship celebrations usually introduce the heel’s next babyface challenger. Brian Cage can easily fill this role as he already has a rematch scheduled for this Saturday’s Turning Point live on the IMPACT Plus subscription service, but I think that we will get a glimpse at a challenger who Callihan will get a little bit further down the line.
Enter Tessa Blanchard, who made her presence known as soon as Callihan won his title last week. So far, Blanchard is 0-2 in singles matches against Callihan, but Blanchard is deadset on taking that title from him. Don’t be surprised if she runs in, makes a challenge, Callihan refuses, then she lays out his oVe goons while Callihan just barely makes it out of the ring unscathed to close out the show.
Prediction: Tessa Blanchard lays out Callihan’s oVe goons in an attempt to send a message to Sami Callihan for his title.
