AEW: 5 Bold Predictions For Full Gear
4. Marty Scurll will debut at AEW Full Gear
Marty Scurll has been out of the wrestling world’s radar for a while now. He wrestled in Ring Of Honor on Sunday, November 3rd, but their have been rumors of his contract being up with ROH after that day.
There is no secret that he has a history with The Elite. He was a Being The Elite stalwart on YouTube with The Young Bucks, Adam Page, Cody Rhodes and Kenny Omega.
Marty Scurll is arguably the hottest free agent in professional wrestling today then. I’m sure both WWE and AEW are likely clamoring to have the “Villain” debut in the very near future. While Marty claims that he has not heard of All Elite Wrestling and all of his friends are dead, I am confident that Marty will debut somewhere outside of Ring Of Honor in the very near future.
Why not AEW Full Gear? The debuts of Jon Moxley, Santana, Ortiz and Jake Hagar were kept under wraps from the internet wrestling community. AEW has done a fantastic job of keeping big named talent signings on the hush.
While it would be easy to have Marty Scurll debut on an AEW Dynamite episode, I’m calling for him to interfere in a match that involves a member of the Elite. Which match remains to be seen, but you will see a Villain on the AEW roster very soon.
Look for it to happen on Saturday.
