Private Party (Isiah Kassidy & Marq Quen) (3-4) vs. Lucha Brothers (Pentagon Jr. & Rey Fenix) (4-2) vs. SoCal Uncensored (Frankie Kazarian & Scorpio Sky) (7-3) – AEW World Tag Team Championship

Kazarian and Quen started the match, but it wasn’t long before Fenix tagged himself in and faced off with Kaz. Fenix superkicked Kaz and then Sky, and Private Party made their way into the ring. The Lucha Bros superkicked them and then they continued to get the heat on SCU for a little bit.

Fenix superkicked Sky o the apron, forcing Kaz to tag out to Kassidy. They ran wild, and I have no idea what happened as they hit several moves in two seconds. Kassidy and Quen tried to keep the advantage but Fenix and Pentagon hit a dropkick off the shoulders and then Pentagon did a Gorilla Press on Kassidy who threw him into a superkick from Fenix for a 2 count.

Pentagon hit a backstabber on Quen but Kazarian broke it up and dumped Kassidy over the top rope to the ramp. Pentagon went for the Pentagon Driver on Quen, but Quen flipped out and dropkicked Pentagon. Quen went for the tag, but his partner is away from the match. Quen tagged out to Sky.

Sky came in and hit several kicks on Fenix. Sky hit a cutter on Fenix and rolled into a Dragon Sleeper on Fenix. Kaz hit a cutter on Kassidy and floated over into a Dragon Sleeper of his own. Quen and Pentagon broke it up, so Kazarian hit a hurricanrana on the floor on Pentagon. Quen hit a Fosbury Flop onto both men.

Fenix ran across the ropes and kicked Sky in the face as he went for a dive. Kassidy hit a corkscrew splash to the floor, and Fenix hit a triple springboard corkscrew plancha. Sky sent Fenix to the ropes, but Fenix floated onto the entrance ramp, then ran up the ropes into a cross body for a 2 count.

Kazarian hit a DDT off the top rope on Fenix and then Private Party made their want into the ring. Quen and Kassidy hit an assisted Sliced Bread on Kazarian, with Quen hitting a shooting star press for a 2 count. Sky ran in and they managed to hit SCU Later on Private Party for the win.

Result: SoCal Uncensored (8-3)

Rating: *** (3 stars)

Pentagon and Fenix came back into the ring and started to beat down SCU. The lights went out and a second Pentagon appeared! He hit an STO and Angel’s Wings! Christopher Daniels unmasked, saving his tag partners.

This match was mostly fine, but it didn’t have the heat I expected. The action was really good, but they really never got the crowd until the end. The pop for Daniels wasn’t as large as I expected either. However, it was still a really solid match, just not as good as I expected.
