Grade: A
Definitely my favorite match in their trilogy. What a way to end the feud at that.
Cut backstage to Proud/Powerful brawling backstage with The Young Bucks, featuring a wild dive from Santana off a forklift onto Nick Jackson right after Ortiz sends Matt through a table. Santana pushes Nick into a bathroom door, which Orange Cassidy is just casually standing behind. Just ’cause.
During the break, the brawl continues to the ring as security struggles to separate both tag teams till the Bucks just start superkicking guards out their way to get to Santana and Ortiz.
After taking Matt out, they swing a blackjack (sock full of dimes) at Nick Jackson’s injured leg. They then spraypaint a circle on the stage, marking their bullseye before double powerbombing Nick through the stage!
Private Party run in to make the save and nearly brawl with Proud and Powerful before being separated by security. The refs and Brandon Cutler help the beaten brothers to the back. They also take the time to announce that Private Party vs. Santana and Ortiz is official for next week, as well as Jon Moxley vs. Darby Allin.
Now, we move on to our main event of the evening …
