5. Damian Priest

Pete Dunne was supposed to have a grudge match with Killian Dain, but Damian Priest attacked both of them before the match could even start. It looks like this could turn out to be a triple threat feud worth watching on NXT Takeover.

4. Isaiah ‘Swerve’ Scott

Isaiah ‘Swerve’ Scott defeated Bronson Reed on this episode of NXT. They shook hands after the match, showing immense babyface respect towards each other. After an impressive win, it will be interesting to see if he gets added to Team Ciampa since he had issues with Undisputed Era in the past month.

3. Keith Lee

Despite distractions from Finn Balor and Undisputed Era at ringside, Keith Lee was able to persevere and defeat Roderick Strong. This victory is a key momentum boost for Tomasso Ciampa’s War Games Team at the upcoming NXT Takeover.

2. Dominik Dijakovic

After Keith Lee’s match with Roderick Strong, the numbers game got the best of Lee once Undisputed Era attacked him. His War Games partners, Tomasso Ciampa and Matt Riddle, were not enough to take down Undisputed Era.

Thankfully, Dominik Dijakovic saved the day and explosively evened out the playing field by taking out the entire Undisputed Era. Because of his impressive dominance, he was granted a spot on Ciampa’s War Games team for NXT Takeover. However, it was not the final spot because he was later announced Matt Riddle’s replacement on the team as Riddle is now scheduled to battle Finn Balor at NXT Takeover. It will be interesting to see who will be the final spot on this team and if Riddle will make Balor his bro next week on NXT.

1. Lio Rush

Lio Rush retained the NXT Cruiserweight Championship against Angel Garza in a spectacular match to kickstart the show on a solid note. It appeared to be a controversial ending since Garza’s foot was under the rope before the three-count. Considering the mind games Garza attempted to play with Lio Rush’s family at ringside, it looks like their feud may be far from over.
