AEW Weekly Power Rankings: Dark Order and Nyla Rose back on the rise
AEW Tag Team Division Power Rankings
Honorable Mention: Best Friends (2-3-0) [Last Week: Honorable Mention] and The Young Bucks (3-3-0) [Last Week: Honorable Mention]
There just wasn’t much of a shake-up this week in the tag team division. Best Friends and The Young Bucks both still round out our Honorable Mention, with each team in need of a win to find themselves back on the road to title contention.

5. Lucha Brothers (4-3-0) [Last Week: 4]
Lucha Brothers slip down this week’s rankings simply due to a lack of action. After failing to capture the AEW World Tag Team Titles at Full Gear, the familial duo of Pentagon Jr and Rey Fenix just aren’t on the path they surely want to be. Despite a solid record, another week of inaction could see them slip into Honorable Mention or off our rankings altogether.
4. The Dark Order (3-1-0) [Last Week: Unranked]
The biggest change in this week’s tag team rankings comes in the form of The Dark Order. Despite some early success in AEW, The Dark Order has struggled to garner momentum since being eliminated from the AEW World Tag Team Championship Tournament. This week, their fortunes changed with a strong win over Jungle Boy and Marko Stunt of Jurassic Express. While Luchasaurus did return and stand tall after the match, Dark Order still takes the win and pushes themselves back into title contention.
3. Private Party (3-3-0) [Last Week: 5]
While they weren’t scheduled to compete this week on Dynamite, we did get a glimpse of Private Party during a chaotic backstage brawl. Tensions continued to escalate between The Young Bucks and Proud ‘n’ Powerful, and now Private Party have gotten involved. They’ll need a victory soon or risk sliding back down these rankings, but their actions this week kept them in the conversation.
2. Proud ‘n’ Powerful (2-0-0) [Last Week: 2]
Just shy of our top spot is the still undefeated tandem of Santana and Ortiz, otherwise known as Proud ‘n’ Powerful. These two members of The Inner Circle continued their increasingly bitter rivalry with The Young Bucks this week during a chaotic backstage altercation that eventually reached the stage and saw PnP standing tall. They do need another victory soon to put themselves in line for a shot at SCU, but there’s no denying that PnP feels like the number two team in AEW right now.
1. SCU (5-2-0) [Last Week: 1]
Firmly at the top of our AEW Tag Team Power Rankings for the third week are AEW World Tag Team Champions SCU. The duo of Scorpio Sky and Frankie Kazarian continued their reign this week by defending against AEW World Champion Chris Jericho and Sammy Guevara of The Inner Circle. Not only did SCU pick up the victory and retain their titles, but Scorpio Sky became the first man in AEW to pin “Le Champion” Chris Jericho. It’s not clear who will be next in line for SCU, but they seem ready for just about any challenge that comes their way.
