Team Raw vs. Team SmackDown vs. Team NXT Women’s Survivor Series Match

Team Raw consists of Charlotte (captain), Natalya, Asuka, Kairi Sane, and Sarah Logan. Team SmackDown consists of Sasha Banks (captain), Nikki Cross, Lacey Evans, Carmella, and Dana Brooke. Team NXT consists of: Rhea Ripley (captain), Candice LeRae, Io Shirai, Bianca Belair, and Toni Storm.

Thankfully, three women will be in the ring at the same time for this match. Sarah Logan from Raw, Lacey Evans from SmackDown, and Toni Storm from NXT start the match. Lacey Evans hits a right hand to Sarah Logan. Toni Storm and Sarah Logan hit a double flapjack to Lacey Evans. Lacey Evans then scurries to the corner and tags in Nikki Cross.

Sarah Logan hits a northern lights suplex. Toni Storm hits a double german suplex to Cross and Logan. Here comes the hot tag. Cross tags Carmella. Storm tags Io Shirai. Logan tags in Kairi Sane. The former Sky Pirates team mates, Kairi Sane and Io Shirai, lock eyes with each other. Carmella tries to get their attention but fails and tags in Dana Brooke, who sits in the corner and watches Shirai and Sane brawl it out. Questionable but clever strategy by the babyface Dana Brooke.

She then attempts to roll up Io Shirai, but Io Shirai kicks out and rolls to the corner. Brooke impressively cart wheels her way with backhand to Io Shirai in the corner and executes a senton bomb to Io Shirai. Io Shirai kicks out and quickly tags in Rhea Ripley.

Asuka quickly locks Rhea Ripley in the Asuka Lock. Bianca Belair breaks up the submission. Natalya hits a spinning clothesline to Bianca Belair. Nikki Cross hits a perfect cross to Natalya. Charlotte runs in with a spear to Nikki Cross. Carmella executes a super kick to Charlotte. Sarah Logan executes a backbreaker to Dana Brooke. Sasha Banks hits a backstabber to Sarah Logan.

Apparently, two NXT participants, Io Shirai and Candice LeRae, were injured from that exchange at ringside and head to the back. They are eliminated. The captains circle the ring and tease a match up amongst them but then chicken out and tag in their team members. Bianca Belair rolls up Nikki Cross for the pinfall and eliminates Nikki Cross from SmackDown. Raw has 5. NXT has 3. SmackDown has 4.

Carmella attempts the spinning Hurricanrana to Bianca Belair. Bianca Belair counters and hits the Kiss of Death to Carmella. Sarah Logan from Raw gets on the apron and hits a double knee to Ripley and Storm. Sarah Logan and Bianca Belair get back into the ring. Belair hits a 450 Splash toSarah Logan and gets the infall victory to eliminate Logan. Raw has 4. NXT has 3. SmackDown has 4.

Carmella, Charlotte Flair, and Bianca Belair are now legal. Charlotte Flair has a face off with Belair. They brawl. Charlotte hits a big boot to Carmella and gets rolled up by Belair, but Charlotte kicks out and goes on the top rope. Carmella gets back into the ring to stop charlotte. She attempts the Hurricanrana and Charlotte tries to counter it into a powerbomb but Carmella’s legs were strong enough to execute the Hurricanrana regardless. She then pins both Charlotte and Belair but they both kick out. She goes on a tirade, but Charlotte runs in with the Natural Selection to Carmella. Carmella is eliminated. Raw has 4. NXT has 3. SmackDown has 3.

Charlotte tags in Kairi Sane. Kairi Sane goes for the high elbow on Toni Storm and hits it. Sasha Banks breaks up the pinfall with a running meteora to Kairi Sane and pins Sane for the pinfall. Kairi Sane is eliminated. Raw has 3. NXT has 3. SmackDown has 3.

Asuka then runs in and hits a hip attack to Dana Brooke for the pinfall victory.  Dana Brooke is eliminated. Raw has 3. NXT has 2. SmackDown has 2.

Asuka and Charlotte have some arguments and Asuka gets mad and spits the green mist in Charlotte’s face. Charlotte is blinded. Lacey Evans then hits the Women’s Right and pins Charlotte for the three-count. Raw has 2. NXT has 2. SmackDown has 2.

Natalya then quickly rolls up Lacey Evans for the three-count. Lacey Evans is eliminated. Raw has 1. NXT has 2. SmackDown has 1. Natalya grabs Toni Storm for the Sharpshooter and Sasha Banks then follows that up with a Bank Statement on Toni Storm, forcing Storm to tap out. Toni Storm is eliminated. Raw has 1. NXT has 2. SmackDown has 1.

Natalya and Sasha Banks execute a double team clothesline to pin Bianca Belair. Bianca Belair is eliminated. Banks and Natalya seem to be on the same page. Raw has 1. NXT has 1. SmackDown has 1. Natalya trusts Sasha, but that was a bad choice. Banks makes Natalya think that they are going to team up on Ripley, but Banks turns on Natalya with a strong right hand and pins Natalya for the three-count. Natalya was the last member of Team Raw, and Team Raw is completely eliminated.

Sasha Banks from SmackDown and Rhea Ripley from NXT are the last two standing. Sasha Banks goes for the diving meteora and hits it, but Ripley kicks out at two. Sasha goes for it again but Ripley counters with the big boot in mid air. Ripley locks Banks in her submission maneuver, but Banks counters it into the Bank Statement.

Io Shirai and Candice LeRae come back from injury in the back to distract Sasha Banks from winning the match and Ripley hits the Riptide for the victory. Team NXT now leads Survivor Series at 2-1-1.

Result: Team NXT [Women’s]

Rating: 3.5/5.0 Stars

Analysis: It’s quite uncanny that Rhea Ripley needed so much help to defeat Sasha Banks after her 2 vs. 4 victory against Team Baszler at NXT Takeover War Games last night. Nonetheless, this survivor series match was fun to watch and all of the superstars felt important as they executed their key maneuvers throughout the match. After this match, there was a backstage segment between Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens, in which Rollins questions Kevin Owens’ loyalty to Team Raw. Owens then retorts and questions why Rollins would ask him such a thing when Rollins has had a very elaborate backstabbing history with the Shield.
