3.) Hawkins and Ryder

Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder had won a number one contender’s triple threat match against The Street Profits and The O.C. in a glorified house show and were supposed to have a Raw Tag Team Championship weeks ago against The Viking Raiders on Raw two weeks ago.

Unfortunately, they were attacked by Authors of Pain backstage and were thereby unable to compete in their championship match. Instead of Authors of Pain taking their place in the match, Hawkins and Ryder were then strangely replaced by Randy Orton and Ricochet, who teamed up for a Raw Tag Team Championship match despite their recent tensions.

That championship match ended inconclusively due to brand war interferences. Now that the brand war is out of the way, Hawkins and Ryder should get their Raw Tag Team Championship match on the road to WWE TLC 2019.

If they get their championship match, they will most likely lose like they always do. However, there is no doubt that they will be grateful for the championship opportunity in their beloved Gratitude Era. This loss should take them out of the championship picture for the remainder of the road to WrestleMania 36 as Viking Raiders will await new challengers, such as Authors of Pain.
