The New Day (c) vs. RooDolph [SmackDown Tag Team Championships]

Assuming The New Day retain their SmackDown Tag Team Championships against The Revival at WWE TLC 2019, their next challengers should be the former Raw Tag Team Champions and current allies of King Corbin, Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler. This tag team was not involved in the number one contender’s match for a tag championship match at WWE TLC 2019 since they were busy helping King Corbin humiliate Roman Reigns.

Before The New Day won the SmackDown Tag Team Championships from the Revival in November, RooDolph defeated them in an old school tag match. This is a foretelling sign that a championship match could take place between these two tag teams.

If 50:50 booking serves this situation accordingly, The New Day should retain their championships in this bout. Besides, Kofi Kingston should have a lengthy tag title reign as a consolation prize for losing his WWE Championship to Brock Lesnar in a mere ten seconds or less.

Booking: The New Day are Still SmackDown Tag Team Champions

Viking Raiders (c) vs. Authors of Pain [Raw Tag Team Championships]

Assuming The Viking Raiders retain their Raw Tag Team Championships against The O.C. at WWE TLC 2019, their next challengers should be the former Raw Tag Team Champions and allegedly the current allies of Seth Rollins, Akam and Rezar from the Authors of Pain.

Most WWE fans have been salivating for these two enormous tag team to clash heads. With the Viking Raiders continually emphasizing their dominant winning streaks, it is only a matter of time until the raid becomes painful.

After months of sitting in a room and finally getting involved in a major storyline with Seth Rollins, the Authors of Pain should use this momentum to dethrone the Viking Raiders, especially since no other heel tag team on the Raw roster is believable enough to do it. Erik and Ivar are evidently running out of opponents to defeat and they need an actual challenge, which Authors of Pain are sure to deliver.

Booking: Authors of Pain Become The New Raw Tag Team Champions
