#2 – Becky Lynch wins both Women’s Championships at WrestleMania 35

Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, and Ronda Rousey weren’t just given the main event of WrestleMania 35; all three women earned the main event of WrestleMania 35.

Lynch developing the persona of The Man was one of the most entertaining stories of 2019. Her character rise felt organic to the fans and you could hear that in the reactions that she would receive from fans.

In her first year in the company, Rousey took the WWE world by storm. Flair will eventually go down as the most accomplished women’s wrestler of all time.

Lynch is the most popular women’s wrestler that WWE has had in years. The story they told leading up to WrestleMania 35 grew over time and made fans even more excited to see the conclusion.

The match between Lynch, Flair, and Rousey was exciting, even if the botched finish was a letdown. Still, the sight of Lynch winning both WWE Women’s Championships is a moment that will be replayed forever. It was a WrestleMania moment, but it could have been worth so much more.

The silver lining in the disappointing finish of the match is that it could still open the door for a rematch between Ronda Rousey and Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 36.
