3.) Viking Raiders Retain The Raw Tag Team Championships

When it comes to this championship match, there are lots of track records to keep in mind here. These teams have battled each other quite a few times on the main roster in 2019 and have obtained a certain amount of televised wins on each other that should be taken into account.

In terms of the Viking Raiders and the O.C., they had battled on five separate occasions: (1) The September 23 episode of WWE Raw, (2) The September 30 episode of WWE Raw, (3) WWE Crown Jewel 2019, (4) WWE TLC 2019, and (5) The December 16 episode of WWE Raw. Out of these five matches, two matches resulted in a Viking Raiders victory, one match resulted in a no-contest KFC catastrophe, and two matches resulted in a O.C. victory with the more important victory being at WWE Crown Jewel 2019 when the O.C. became the ‘best tag team in the world.’ With these two teams being split even, this championship match should settle the score.

In terms of the Street Profits and the O.C. they had battled on three separate occasions: (1) The October 21 episode of WWE Raw, (2) WWE Starrcade 2019, and (3) The December 31 episode of WWE Raw. Indeed, the Street Profits won all of these matches against The O.C. Although The O.C. is labeled the ‘best tag team in the world,’ the Street Profits have their number and henceforth earned a spot in this Raw Tag Team Championship match for their impressive victories.

In terms of the Viking Raiders and the Street Profits, they have battled on only one occasion in a Raw Tag Team Championship Open Challenge: (1) The December 9 episode of WWE Raw. Evidently, Viking Raiders picked up the victory in this bout. Their match was very fast paced and well orchestrated but their respectful, sportsman-like, babyface fist pump after the match was rudely interrupted by Seth Rollins and the Authors of Pain.

As can be indicated by their track records against each other on the main roster in 2019, all three tags teams are looking pretty strong going into this bout. However, the Viking Raiders should retain the Raw Tag Team Championships in this match. They need to avenge The O.C. for their important loss to them at WWE Crown Jewel and later defend the championships against The Authors of Pain, who disrespected their moment with the Street Profits and would excitingly match their power and strength in a first time ever Raw Tag Team bout.
