The Usos vs. Dolph Ziggler and Baron Corbin

For the first time since last summer, The Usos enter a WWE ring for combat. For those who missed last week’s show, Roman Reigns was getting pummeled by King Baron Corbin and his favorite jester, Dolph Ziggler, and The Big Dog was seconds away from begrudgingly devouring dog food once again.

That’s when his trusty cousins came to his aid to the elated roar of the crowd, stomping their feet to the ground as The Usos gave it all to Corbin and Ziggler. Clearly, “all” was just too much for a king and his court jester as they were quick to retreat.

Tonight, there will be nowhere to run (because an angry former Universal Champion is likely to be guarding every exit) as Corbin and Ziggler are set to face The Usos in tag team action.

In theory, there are a lot of ways that this can go down. No contest. Double DQ. Double countout. Double trouble, toil and bubble. It’s the mad world of WWE where anything can happen, but I feel as though only one conclusion is inevitable: The Usos get a clean win.

It’s the finish that makes the most sense at least. The Usos have not wrestled in several months. A match like this needs to not only remind the crowd that arguably the greatest tag team under the WWE banner have still got it (clap clap clap clap), but also that they are a pair of winners. Winners win, so expect The Usos to win.

Prediction: The Usos win
