#1: Brock Lesnar

WWE Champion Brock Lesnar last won the Royal Rumble in 2003. Now, he finds himself as the #1 entrant in the Men’s Royal Rumble Match in 2020. If anyone thinks Lesnar is actually going to work the entire royal rumble from #1, they’re in for a shocking surprise or a disappointment. Mid way through the Rumble, one of the superstars will probably toss him through the ‘middle’ rope and power-slam him through the announce table. As usual, the medics will then run to the ring to put the Beast Incarnate on a stretcher and carry him to the back until he is ready to come back to the Rumble with a vengeance. Eat. Sleep. Rumble. Repeat.

#2: Elias

When announcing that he would enter the Rumble, Elias called out Lesnar, so it would be fitting for him to be #2. By being present at the start of the Rumble, he would have the spotlight to cut a guitar promo on Lesnar. As can be indicated by Lesnar’s delectation in R-Truth’s humor last week on Raw, Lesnar might be amused by Elias’ humor as well. Indeed, this will finally be Elias’ opportunity to inform Lesnar of what WWE really stands for: Walk With Elias.

#3: AJ Styles

When AJ Styles debuted in the WWE, he debuted as the #3 entrant in the 2016 Men’s Royal Rumble Match. Ever since then, he has not participated in the Men’s Royal Rumble Match due to being in WWE Championship matches on each of the Royal Rumble PPVs for the past three years. Now that he is back in the Royal Rumble, it would be a nice throwback to see him as the #3 entrant. He is also a phenomenal name to have in the Rumble early on not only to set the pace but also keep the WWE fans invested in the Rumble match until he very likely gets eliminated by his main rival, Randy Orton. To mock Orton, Styles also orated that he would deliver phenomenal RKOs in the Men’s Royal Rumble Match, so we’ll have to wait and see if he keeps his promise.

#4: Shinsuke Nakamura

Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura won his first Royal Rumble in 2018. Due to his recent interactions with Elias on Friday Night SmackDown as well as his historic rivalry with AJ Styles in the past, it would be fitting for him to enter the Rumble at the #4 slot to interact with these two superstars until his main rival, Braun Strowman, runs in to eliminate him. Even delivering a knee to Lesnar’s face this early would be a nice tease and a neat first-time face off to hype up the crowd.

#5: Ricochet

Since joining the main roster, Ricochet‘s most important rivalry was against AJ Styles for the United States Championship. It’ll be exciting to see him try to get the upper hand on Styles for nefariously taking away the United States Championship from him months ago. Considering that many WWE fans wanted to see Ricochet battle Lesnar for the WWE Championship at WWE Royal Rumble 2020 in a dream match, it’ll be thrilling to see him interact with Lesnar this early in the Rumble as well. Ricochet is a master at endurance and could very well be the Royal Rumble’s one and only Iron Man (in other words, the individual who lasts the longest amount of time in the Royal Rumble match) this year (no pun intended since his gimmick is being a superhero).
