Brock Lesnar Promo

Paul Heyman delivers his usual shtick of Brock Lesnar winning the Royal Rumble and being under-appreciated. He thinks no one in that locker room can stop Lesnar or is worthy of being in the ring with Lesnar.

Ricochet comes out to challenge Lesnar. Heyman thinks that Ricochet is so dumb enough to come out here and must have gotten his education in Wichita. Heyman expands Ricochet’s vocabulary and points at Lesnar as a hungry champion and Ricochet as lunch meat.

Heyman suggests that Ricochet walks away, but Ricochet decides to foolishly stay and challenge Lesnar. Lesnar sees Ricochet as a waste of time and walks away. Ricochet calls Lesnar back and asks if Lesnar is scared. Brock kicks Ricochet where the sun doesn’t shine and grabs the mic to orate: ‘Not scared.’

Result: Brock Lesnar Low Blows Ricochet

Grade: 2.5/5.0 Stars

Analysis: This segment was not as great as last week’s segment with Brock Lesnar and R-Truth, but a Lesnar-Ricochet rivalry has been a dream rivalry for the WWE Universe so it was interesting to see them interact for the first time. Unfortunately, Ricochet looked like a big loser in this segment but this should spark something fun for the Men’s Royal Rumble Match when they interact again. Randy Orton is on his way to the ring as his match with Drew McIntyre is NEXT!
