Faye Jackson

All Elite Wrestling has a handful of powerhouse wrestlers in its women’s division, namely Nyla Rose and Awesome Kong, but both competitors work as monster heels. Unless AEW has plans to turn one of them heel one day, the promotion does not have any equalizers on that roster who could play babyface in a feud with either Rose or Kong.

Assuming that the AEW audience will eventually get sick of seeing two powerhouses whip around women much smaller than them, they are going to need a believable, imposing powerhouse who can impose either (or both) Kong and Rose in a future feud.

The best powerhouse that comes to mind is Faye Jackson. Being just playing up her strength and size, Jackson is known for being an all around fun character who fans gravitate towards and feel compelled to cheer the moment she steps through the curtain. Even outside of presumed feuds with Kong and Rose, it takes a special talent to have that sort of connection with the fans.

Talent like that is hard to come by, making Jackson – in many ways – a one of a kind athlete that AEW should not drop the ball on if the option comes for her to sign with them.
