AEW: 5 opponents to challenge Nyla Rose for her Women’s Championship
2. Sadie Gibbs
It is truly criminal to think that after all of this time, Sadie Gibbs still has yet to properly make her presence known on AEW TV. She made her debut for company during the Casino Battle Royale at All Out during the pre-show, but has yet to appear on Pay-Per-View since then and has not made her debut on Dynamite television yet.
Even her appearances on AEW Dark seem limited, having wrestled only two matches on the internet based series, with her last contest having come in October. That match four months ago was Gibbs last AEW match to date and her last match overall.
It is currently unclear why Gibbs has been so absent from AEW altogether or if she is dealing with something serious, like an injury, but if she is willing and able to compete inside of an AEW ring, the company absolutely should be using her more often. She doubles as an imposing powerhouse and a deceptively agile athlete.
Gibbs is a tremendous competitor who, as a powerhouse especially, could make for a fun opponent to face another powerhouse in Nyla Rose. A collision like this is what Gorilla Monsoon was talking about when he echoed about what happens when an Irresistible Force meets an Immovable Object.
