Braun Strowman (c) vs. King Corbin [Intercontinental Championship]

Although Braun Strowman deserved his first main roster singles championship, King Corbin has been the face of the mid card division on Friday SmackDown. As can be indicated by his continuous main event matches with Roman Reigns week after week, it is clear that he has significantly improved in the ring and is ready for another singles championship in his career.

After taking the getting the rub from losing to Roman Reigns, he should dethrone Braun Strowman at WWE WrestleMania 36. It’s nice that the King has his scepter and throne but he also needs a belt (i.e. the Intercontinental Championship belt) to keep up his girdle.

Prediction: King Corbin

Andrade (c) (w/Zelina Vega) vs. Aleister Black [United States Championship]

As CM Punk declared on WWE Backstage, Aleister Black should go after Andrade for the United States Championship. Considering that Black has been consistently victorious on Monday Nights and McIntyre is already occupying the spot for the main card championship on Raw, it is a logical step for Black to target the mid card championship.

Thanks to their NXT history, a match between them at WWE WrestleMania 36 would be history in the making. While Andrade has been a decent United States Champion, his reign may be cut short because Black should continue his momentum and remain undefeated on the main roster.

Winning streaks are always good business and his loss must only come once he has established himself as a top star in the WWE. Winning the United States Championship is the first step to doing so, and Andrade would have to drop the championship here if this match were to occur.

Prediction: Aleister Black
