3. Allie Kat

Okay, this is the point in the article where I just flat out show my bias towards another wrestler. Rather than talk exactly what they can contribute to the AEW product or how they fit their theme and their mold as a product, I am just going to gush about how great Allie Kat is.

Don’t let the cat character fool you. There is actually legitimately more than meets the eye here. In the past year or so, Allie Kat has remodeled herself from a half human-half feline into a 2/3 human-2/3 feline-half death machine.

She’s taken a liking to competing in hardcore matches and not only have the bruises she’s sustained earn her some newfound respect in wrestling circles, it’s proven that she is much more than just a silly, entertaining gimmick. Furthermore, it’s shown how well Allie Kat can adapt to new challenges.

She became quite popular by rolling on the ground mid-match and getting weakened by sprays of water (as any kitten would, of course), but not only decide take a chance by deciding to do deathmatches, she proved she could be taken seriously in such high stakes matches. When the ball’s in her court (even if it’s made of yarn), she delivers.

AEW could use a cat like that on their roster. Someone to depend on to put on a show, no matter what.
