Triple Threat

In this case, Naomi vs. Sasha vs. Bayley would take place and Carmella would be left out.

A Fatal Four-Way pitting Lacey Evans, Bayley, Naomi, and Sasha Banks against each other for the SmackDown Women’s Championship at WWE WrestleMania 36 is one possible multi-woman match, but WWE could also leave Evans off the card and just go with a Triple Threat.

Evans is the least recognizable name of the four and the least successful wrestler despite her recent push, which came too soon and too hard (and has been seemingly never-ending). She also feuded with Bayley before the others and received an opportunity at a major Pay Per View, losing to Bayley at the Royal Rumble in Houston.

So Naomi vs. Sasha vs. Bayley would probably be the best possible Triple Threat in terms of quality and would be the most nail-biting in terms of trying to predict the winner. Naomi has been on fire since returning at the Rumble, and you can’t count her out on receiving a third WrestleMania moment.

Meanwhile, Sasha has been due for a big win, and by defeating Bayley for the title, she could really heat up her rivalry – which is all based around who is *actually* the best – for the summer. Bayley could potentially retain and under dubious circumstances.

The risk here is that it’d be all too easy for Naomi to take the pin in order to help Bayley and Sasha advance their feud for the summer, and Naomi is too good for that. WWE haven’t treated her consistently well or done the best to showcase her, so this would just be par for the course. On the bright side, she would be in a big match at WrestleMania, and as long as her talent shines through on the big stage, that may be what matters most.
