Grade: A+

Braun Strowman gets early offense in, bulldozing everyone in sight. He almost delivers a Running PowerSlam for the victory but the numbers game was too much for him and Sami Zayn delivers a Helluva Kick to Strowman for the pinfall and the victory. Sami Zayn wins his first main roster championship and the crowd popped.

Analysis: Sami Zayn’s first main roster championship is an irreplaceable moment. Although he didn’t do it by himself, he is a heel and it makes sense to win nefariously. Perfect booking and best moment of the show. The match wasn’t that great, but nothing can surpass this moment and it was the biggest swerve of the night. Thank you, Sami Zayn!

Shayna Baszler vs. Asuka vs. Natalya vs. Ruby Riott vs. Liv Morgan vs. Sarah Logan [Women’s Elimination Chamber Match: Raw Women’s Championship #1 Contender’s Match]

Result: Shayna Baszler (via Submission)

Grade: B-

Natalya and Ruby Riott start the match. Sarah Logan is the first entrant from the pod. She ruthlessly takes down both Natalya and Ruby Riott.

Shayna Baszler is the second entrant from the pod and eliminates Sarah Logan and Ruby Riott via submission with the Kirifuda Clutch. Baszler then focuses on Natalya by smashing Natalya with the pod door and eliminates Natalya via submission with the Kirifuda Clutch.

Liv Morgan is the third entrant from the pod. Baszler slams Morgan’s head into the pod and eliminates Morgan via submission with the Kirifuda Clutch. Evidently, Asuka is the last entrant from the pod and she and Baszler are the last two contestants in the match.

Asuka locks the Asuka Lock on Baszler but Baszler counters with the Kirifuda Clutch, eliminating Asuka to win the match. Baszler will battle Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 36.

Analysis: Dominant match. All Baszler, as expected. What a way to make Baszler look strong. Although the entire women’s division was buried here, Baszler made it look fun to watch.
