John Cena vs. The Fiend (Bray Wyatt)

Just when the WWE Universe was beginning to believe that they were not going to see John Cena at this year’s WrestleMania, The Fiend, Bray Wyatt made it possible. Even if for his own selfish reasons (wanting to avenge a loss that Wyatt previously has to Cena), as we saw on a recent episode of Firefly Fun House, thanks to Wyatt, John Cena will now wrestle at WrestleMania 36.

Cena was unable to make himself fit into the WrestleMania picture last year, and some have to believe this made it a lot easier for him to accept that his faith would be the same this year. John Cena has been out of action for some time as he decided to focus on other aspects of his life and career, but hopefully this doesn’t show in the ring when Cena faces The Fiend in April.

The Fiend is out for vengeance, as he feels like Cena was the cause of Bray’s spiral into his role as The Fiend. Factoring in the rage Bray Wyatt must have from losing his Universal Championship to Goldberg at Super Showdown, Bray has a point to prove: that he is in fact as unstoppable as he appears, whether he has a title or not.

Winner Prediction: The Fiend

Goldberg vs. Roman Reigns

At this year’s WrestleMania, we will witness Goldberg defending his Universal Championship. Goldberg recently earned the title after defeating The Fiend, Bray Wyatt, at WWE Super Showdown. What better way to prove that you belong on SmackDown then by defending the title against a worthy opponent in The Big Dog, Roman Reigns?

While it is questionable how Goldberg was able to accomplish such an impressive feat when he bear The Fiend, whom WWE created to seem unstoppable, it will be intriguing to see how Goldberg fares against the Big Dog. Reigns also competed at Super Showdown, in a cage match against King Corbin, where he came out as the victor.

With two alpha males competing in the ring for the title, it is sure to be an action packed match.

Winner Prediction: Roman Reigns

Seth Rollins & Murphy vs. Kevin Owens & Aleister Black

This one may seem like a wild card, but it’s perfectly fitting given everything that has been going down on Raw as of late.

Kevin has been against Seth Rollins‘s Messiah gig since its formation, Aleister has three plus victories over Murphy, which Murphy would certainly like to avenge, now Seth is out to prove a point after Aleister turned down Seth’s offer of becoming one of his disciples, and no doubt Aleister would like to gain an actual pinfall victory over the Monday night Messiah.

It’s important to mention that Murphy actually became a disciple after losing to Black for the third time, after which he sat at ringside for what felt like an eternity before Seth convinced Murphy to help assist Seth in the ring. After this assist, Murphy became one of Rollins disciples, and together they went on to show the world that it pays to stand next to the Messiah, by becoming the Raw Tag Team Champions.

The disdain that Black and Owens have for their opponents will allow the two men to work effectively as a tag team, simply to achieve their goal of putting an end to this whole Messiah mystic.

Winner Prediction: Kevin Owens & Aleister Black

Heavy Machinery vs Roode & Ziggler

Although neither of these teams won at the Elimination Chamber this past Sunday, all of these men put in a valiant effort. Otis shocked the entire WWE Universe by ramming through the chamber in pursuit of his current rival, Dolph Ziggler.

No doubt, Otis injures himself in the process, which infuriates Tucker who then tries to take out Roode and Ziggler, but fails and was instead pinned. This caused Heavy Machinery to be taken out of the Chamber match and title shot opportunity.

The drama that is going on between Otis and Dolph Ziggler over the beautiful Mandy Rose is nothing short of messy and tragic. Although it is apparent that Otis has let his missed chance with Mandy get into his head, now that he has officially been shot down by Mandy, maybe Otis can focus his anger and frustration on the real culprit: The Showoff, Dolph Ziggler.

If Tucker can help Otis to re-channel this anger to use it to pick up a victory against Roode and Ziggler, they can move one step closer to earning themselves a Smackdown Tag Team title opportunity.

Winner Prediction: Roode & Ziggler
