Guerrillas of Destiny (Tama Tonga & Tonga Loa)

Easily one of the most spectacular tag teams in recent NJPW history is Guerrillas of Destiny. The 6-time IWGP Tag Team Champions have proven themselves every single time they’ve gotten to step into the ring.

Whether it’s delivering hard-hitting tag team wrestling or slinging curse words like most NJPW wrestlers sling forearms, Guerrillas of Destiny are always captivating. If The Revival were to take a detour to NJPW between now and their arrival in AEW, this is exactly the team we need to see them face.

Proud & Powerful (Santana & Ortiz)

While they’re currently making their mark in AEW, Santana and Ortiz really turned themselves into a must-see tag team as one iteration of LAX in Impact Wrestling. They were the Impact Tag Team Champions until July of 2019, when they lost them to The North, who remain champions to this day.

Santana and Ortiz found a way to mix quick and agile technique with the violent street attitude of LAX, and it made them one of the most desired tag teams in the industry before AEW scooped them up. When The Revival most likely arrive in AEW, this team should be on the top of the list of future opponents.
