5.) Jeff Hardy: The Return

After showcasing his rise, fall, redemption, and comeback, Jeff Hardy is scheduled to return to this episode of Friday Night SmackDown. Every time Michael Cole mentioned Hardy’s name, it was before or after Sheamus’ weekly squash matches. These Hardy announcements by Michael Cole made Sheamus livid since he felt disrespected.

Evidently, Hardy will be having a rivalry with Sheamus upon his return. Sheamus will very likely attack Hardy to set up a grudge match for WWE MITB 2020. Once Hardy is attacked, he will retaliate by appearing as his alter-ego, Willow, at WWE MITB 2020 to defeat Sheamus for a triumphant return.

4.) Mandy Rose vs. Sonya Deville [Grudge Match]

This match should be on PPV, rather than on a regular episode of Friday Night SmackDown. Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville have done an incredible job at gauging interest into their rivalry, so it is quite disappointing to see that their match will be showcased for free.

Not all hope is lost because this match could end inconclusively to lead to an official rematch at WWE MITB 2020.

Most WWE fans are well aware of Vince McMahon’s favorable booking toward beautiful blonde women and it was clear that Rose received more opportunities than Deville in certain ways.

If this match has a definitive result at this week’s episode of SmackDown, Sonya Deville needs to win to redeem herself from all the opportunities she was cheated out of while teaming with Rose.
