2.) King Corbin Gets Tossed Off The Roof
The beginning of that Lion King Theme Song has so many interpretations. Anyways, remember when King Corbin sent Elias free falling off the top of the WWE PC perch in response to a ‘Kingdom of Fools’ song during their WrestleMania build?
It seemed a lot like that Lion King Scene where Scar killed Mufasa on a cliff during the stampede. However, the story is not complete. After Scar killed Mufasa, Simba redeemed his father’s death by getting revenge against his uncle, Scar, at a similar cliff on Pride Rock.
Since Elias is Mufasa in this case, someone needs to be Simba and toss King Corbin, who is Scar, off the roof of WWE Headquarters to redeem Elias’ absence. Considering that Daniel Bryan has been feuding with Corbin on SmackDown lately, he could be the Simba who gets the job done.
Someone’s getting tossed off the roof this Sunday, but King Corbin would be the most suitable superstar for the fall. There is just so much referenced imagery behind it that it’s impossible to pass up, especially if this is potentially the only time the MITB Ladder Match will take place inside the WWE Headquarters.
