WWE SmackDown Grades: Mandy Rose has to be enraged
Tamina and Lacey Evans vs. Sasha Banks and Bayley
Bayley was pinned by Tamina in her final match before the Money in the Bank Pay Per View, where she will defend the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship against Tamina.
It’s been wonderful watching Tamina in her element recently, getting a good amount of television time and a couple of title shots. There’s just about no way she wins on Sunday, but, well, “just about” isn’t exactly “zero” either.
Sasha and Bayley are amazing in tag matches, and Bayley was particularly impressive in this one with her trash-talking. She received the most shine as the defending champion, but even her elbow drop couldn’t finish off Tamina. I loved Tamina’s superkick, Bayley’s bounce off the ropes, and then the seamless Samoan drop.

Six-Man Tag Match with Otis
Daniel Bryan and Drew Gulak managed to recruit Otis as their tag team partner against King Corbin, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Cesaro. Corbin had made some disgusting remarks about Otis in a backstage promo earlier in the show, so it was only natural for Gulak and Bryan to convince Otis to help them out.
The heels picked up the win, though Otis did look impressive in the match. Afterward, Otis did have trouble climbing the ladder, as the bottom rungs broke when he tried to grab the briefcase. So Corbin had the honor of being the one to symbolically hold the briefcase, which, per fan logic, means his chances of winning decrease.
Who wouldn’t love to see Otis on top?
