Johnny Gargano vs. Keith Lee (c) – North American Championship

As of his promo from last Wednesday, the newly heel Johnny Gargano has suddenly targeted NXT North American Champion Keith Lee into his radar sights; which his wife Candice LeRae has targeted Lee’s girlfriend Mia Yim in a similar vain: judging both Superstars as the new “Flavor of the Month.”

Assuming things escalate in the coming weeks (perhaps with an intergender match on a random episode of NXT TV), the former North American Champion will be getting his next title match against the current champion.

Akira Tozawa vs. Kushida- Interim Cruiserweight Title Tournament Finals

Currently, in the Group A and Group B standings of this Round Robin tournament, Akira Tozawa and Kushida are the only undefeated superstars in their respective groups. As much as I’d love to see this tourney end with Jake Atlas holding the title, it’s looking more and more likely that the finals will pit former champ Akira Tozawa against NJPW hearthrob Kushida.

With Kushida being the bright, shiny, and still relatively new addition to WWE’s Cruiserweight roster and Akira Tozawa seeking redemption for a shockingly short sole title reign with the belt, this one can really go either way.
