A Cinematic Match Involving The Phenom at The Shows of Shows
AJ Styles vs. The Undertaker is a good enough match to sell an entire match card. The two started their story at Super ShowDown this year when the latter returned and went on to win the Tuwaiq Trophy. The Phenomenal One then suffered another loss at the hands of Aleister Black, thanks to interference by The Deadman.
It incited the former WWE Champion to call out The Phenom and challenge him for a Boneyard Match at the biggest stage available to anyone in the wrestling business. The two worked well as Styles ensured that he played mind games with the master of the mind games during the match.
The WWE Universe was in their houses and had no information on how the match would look, but when it took place, everyone watched it in awe of the storytelling and match performance that they witnessed. AJ Styles and The Undertaker fought through every area of the location and took it a notch higher when the two climbed the ceiling.
Taker proved his skills and prowess when he chokeslammed the former United States Champion from the roof to the floor. The match ended when The Reaper threw The Phenomenal one six feet under and then revealed the tombstone while AJ Styles’ left hand was still above the surface.
