Shotzi Blackheart vs Raquel Gonzalez (No Championship will be defended)

Shotzi Blackheart and Raquel Gonzalez put on a fight on the black and gold brand on the 27th May episode of NXT, but I see a lot of potential in this match and story. It is the perfect representation of David and Goliath story, and with two veterans in the ring, one can rest assured that the story will do wonders.

Shotzi and Raquel play their characters to perfection, and so one must put things into perspective because they deserve more TV time and the perfect storyline to showcase their skills. It would also represent the brand on the women-only show in the best possible manner.

The three women that showcased in-ring skills at NXT TakeOver: In Your House would be another match that people would talk about in years to come. Shotzi and her work will not only entertain the fans but also ensure that the women’s division and the superstars are respected.

It isn’t that they don’t have the respect of the fans, but due to less TV time, and no exposure to the daredevil moments, their skillset is not visible to all at all times. A match will help them elevate their reputation amongst the WWE Universe, and in case they are in the arena, then it will be a win-win situation for all.
