Is ‘Free’ just a Marketing Catchphrase?

WWE recently announced that the WWE Network has a free version as well, which will give the fans access to some content, but not all of the shows. It is a great way to keep people intact and informed about the upcoming shows and entice them to buy WWE Network at a later date.

While WWE decided to roll out the free version of the network to all, it is still not updated in their system because there are still hindrances to it as well.

As seen in the tweet above, a user asked the WWE COO hard-hitting questions about the issue he was facing while trying to access WWE Raw, which according to the company, is a part of the free version of the WWE Network.

The company didn’t respond to his questions and neither did anyone from the WWE Network team. There are a lot of factors that govern the smooth processing of a business, and effective representation is one of them.

If this aspect is in order, everything else stays in place, or else it all goes hay way, and then it becomes difficult to control the damage because if things go out of order, you have lost the conversation. It takes two to tango, and the company should understand that.
