Uemura vs. Kanemaru

I’m almost always rooting for the young lion – which is probably the point – but it’s really hard not to when Uemura effortlessly tosses Kanemaru like three feet with a German suplex.

Kanemaru starts this match off with just as much firecracker energy as Uemura has during the match. This match is a lot of brawling, actually. Uemura has clearly been working on his offensive moves in his spare time, though in his enthusiasm, he ends up throwing Kanemaru around like a bag of groceries a few times.

It’s a good match to watch if you’re interested in these young lions and how they’re progressing, especially after so much time off. While it’s no surprise that Kanemaru ultimately gets the better of him, Uemura shows off a few good holds and roll-ups, which kept my attention pretty much through the whole thing.
