Apollo Crews (c) vs. Bobby Lashley for the United States Championship

Unfortunately, it feels like Apollo Crews won’t have a lengthy run with the United States Championship, as much as fans are fully behind Apollo after he finally won a championship in WWE.

Crews has been one of the better wrestlers in the company for a few years, but it took four years for WWE to give him a run with a mid-card championship, even though he was immediately placed in the Intercontinental Championship picture after being called up from NXT to SmackDown.

Now, Crews is in the sights of MVP and Bobby Lashley, and the latter is an almost impossible opponent. It looks like Lashley will pick up a championship, but he really should be winning the WWE Title in the near future.

Prediction: Bobby Lashley

Ruby Riott and Liv Morgan vs. The IIconics in a No. 1 Contender’s Match for the Women’s Tag Team Titles

WWE have been asking an awful lot from Bayley and Sasha Banks as the Women’s Tag Team Champions, with Bayley also holding the SmackDown Women’s Title. Both women are booked for title matches at WWE Extreme Rules 2020, so it’s unlikely they will defend the tag titles.

But the Women’s Tag Team Division needs to be showcased. The perfect way to do it is to have a No. 1 Contender’s match. Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross could be involved, but with the IIconics and Bliss/Cross already in the ring before and Cross having a world title match at Extreme Rules, it’s best for this to be a match between two tag teams.

Expect to see Ruby Riott and Liv Morgan pick up a defining victory en route to winning the tag titles off Sasha and Bayley eventually.

Prediction: Liv Morgan and Ruby Riott
