Result: Billie Kay pins Ruby Riott

Grade: B-, No Liv Morgan and a squash, but this feels like it’s building to something. The match itself was fine, but Ruby Riott lost wayyyyy too quickly. Billie Kay put in some impressive moves in this match, by the way. Check out the Eat Defeat from the second rope.

It was time for Ruby Riott to face another member of the IIconics after last week’s loss to Peyton Royce and her highly impressive new finisher. The IIconics bullied Riott again backstage, and fans were interested to see if this week’s result would be any different for the former leader of the Riott Squad.

Many were predicting that Liv Morgan would reunite with Ruby after making the save. Remember, the whole thing is that Billie Kay and Peyton Royce are making fun of Riott for not having any friends.

Kay put the boots on Riott in the corner to maintain control early, with Royce liking what she was seeing from the outside. It was impressive watching Kay use a variety of moves to inflict punishment on Riott, and she was beaten easily in minutes. That loss made it clear that Riott needs some help, specifically from Liv Morgan.

The IIconics screamed (about what, who knows?) on the ramp, and the segment closed without any sign of Liv.
