Shayna Baszler

The former NXT Women’s Champion made her mark during her first day on Raw when she brought the then Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch on the ground. Her dominant performance at Elimination Chamber looked like she was all set for the great push, but lo and behold things went down the spiral.

Her WrestleMania 36 loss took things downwards, and Becky Lynch spoke about it on The Bellas Podcast where she wanted Shayna Baszler to win. The journey kept going down steep roads when she lost another opportunity at the gold as she failed to capture the Money In The Bank briefcase at the event of the same name.

Rumour mill has it that Vince was once keen on her push but then moved away as her wrestling style didn’t fit well with WWE Chairman. It is shocking because Ronda Rousey and her style were OK with Vince, but he couldn’t understand Shayna’s approach.

If Baszler moves to SmackDown, she would have a new place to show her skills, and with Bayley and Sasha Banks in the same show, or Naomi and Lacey Evans, it’s an open field.
It would work in her favour which will be a welcome idea for the WWE Universe and the talented superstar as well.
