Drew McIntyre vs Bobby Lashley (WWE Championship)

Drew McIntyre vs Bobby Lashley is a match that didn’t go well the last time thanks to a loose storyline, but this time around the story can be different. The Chosen One is in no position to lose to The Showoff at Extreme Rules. If Bobby Lashley comes to the ring and applies a Full Nelson on the current champion, then it would serve as the perfect pedestal for a match between the two powerhouses at The Biggest Party of the Summer.

They do have the potential, and I would be lying if I said that I don’t expect a return from Brock Lesnar. While a rematch between Brock Lesnar and Drew McIntyre is long overdue, it would be a good idea if Lesnar takes on the offensive on Lashley who has been waiting for a match with The Beast Incarnate.

An explosive finish to the show will add to the ratings for the show and also entice fans to tune in to Raw the following night. It’s been a long time since we heard from the advocate that advertised the one amongst the one in twenty-one and one. He is no longer responsible for Raw proceedings, and so this will be a heartfelt promo, but I have my doubts if it will be even close to the shoot promo that he did on Vince McMahon on SmackDown on November 15th, 2001.
