WWE Extreme Rules 2020: 5 wrestlers who need to win
Here are five wrestlers who need to pick up a victory at WWE Extreme Rules 2020.
WWE Extreme Rules 2020 will take place on July 19, branded as the “Horror Show”. The Pay Per View already has a few massive matches announced, including a Raw Women’s Title match between two of the very best wrestlers in the world in Sasha Banks and Asuka.
There are some other great matches as well, such as the SmackDown Women’s Championship bout between Bayley and Nikki Cross.
But who needs to pick up a victory at the Pay Per View? Here are five wrestlers who would benefit the most from a win.
Bayley
Bayley has been the greatest SmackDown Women’s Champion of all-time, and that’s high praise considering how brilliant Becky Lynch’s reign was in late 2018. But Bayley has reached new heights with this heel persona, reaching all three brands alongside Sasha Banks as the Women’s Tag Team Champions.
It’s unclear what the future holds for Sasha and Bayley, but they should still be feuding in spite of the lack of a crowd during the pandemic. Because who knows when it will be safe for wrestling fans to return?
Bayley and Sasha need to feud over the SmackDown Women’s Championship – the only championship Sasha has yet to win. So for that reason, Bayley must retain the title, as deserving as Nikki Cross would be of her first world title reign in WWE.
