I’m surprised McAfee accepted without a stipulation to gain the upper hand, sort of like Dolph Ziggler choosing extreme rules only for himself. Even though McAfee belittles Cole for his height, his insecurities could have conceivably led him to add a street fight-like stipulation before accepting.

A street fight makes the match “fair” in McAfee’s eyes.

Either way, if it means we’re able to watch Cole just waylay McAfee with kendo sticks, chairs, and a table spot, then I’ll be much more positive about this angle than I am currently.

However, so help me if McAfee has sustained offense against not only one of the best wrestlers in the world, but the LONGEST REIGNING NXT CHAMPION who just ended his reign. It makes absolutely no sense in kayfabe and non-kayfabe that an untrained wrestler, even a former professional football player, can just come in and give a former champion a run for their money; it’s not like McAfee is Lawrence Taylor or Kevin Greene or, a site favorite, Steve Mongo McMichael!

If anything, this should end in about 15 seconds after a superkick and The Last Shot from Cole. I also hope they don’t go more than five minutes and reduce the time allotted for other matches on the card which, if my predictions are any indication, could be seven matches!

Prediction: Cole by pinfall after The Last Shot
