The Miz vs. John Morrison [Falls Count Anywhere Match]

When John Morrison returned to the WWE, many fans thought he would become a top singles star. His tag team with The Miz seemed to work out in his favor when they became tag team champions, but they have been on a notorious losing streak since losing those belts. It’s only a matter of time until they become absolute jokes.

To maintain their credibility, it might be best to break them up and reignite that rivalry from 2011. If they can stretch this rivalry to WWE WrestleMania 37, Morrison should go over to end the feud and go on the singles run many fans were hoping to see. A falls count anywhere match would suffice since that was the match stipulation they battled in for their last singles match in 2011.

Prediction: John Morrison

Rey Mysterio vs. Dominick Mysterio [Father vs. Son Match]

The idea of a father battling a son in WWE is just asking for ratings to spike. Bob Orton vs. Randy Orton? Curtis Axel vs. Mr. Perfect? Dusty Rhodes vs. Cody Rhodes? These matches are dreams in the making. But can any of these dream matches surpass the caliber of Rey Mysterio vs. Dominick Mysterio? Far from it.

From battling custody with Eddie Guerrero to witnessing CM Punk sing ‘Happy Birthday’ to her sister, Aliyah, Dominick Mysterio was introduced to the WWE a long time ago. Now that the WWE Universe has witnessed his finesse inside the squared circle, a wrestling match with his father is not only the perfect way to pass the torch but also end his career altogether.

Prediction: Dominick Mysterio

Aleister Black vs. Seth Rollins [Cinematic Match]

Although Aleister Black turned heel, the reason for his absence was because Seth Rollins injured his arm on Raw. Somehow, Black will find his way back to Rollins by Mania season and get ‘retribution’ for the sinful deed the ‘messiah’ has committed. Since the WWE fans have seen many matches with these two already, a cinematic match would be best for Black and Rollins.

They can play off the spiritual dichotomies that are manifested in their antithetical gimmicks and blow the fans away. Evidently, Black should go over in this war of attrition. Will a conversion happen? Perhaps. Due to all the sacrilegious activities that have occurred in Rollins’ storylines, a conversion of sorts would not be too far fetched.

Prediction: Aleister Black
