Keith Lee

Prior to his move to the main roster several years ago, Seth Rollins earned the accolade of being the inaugural NXT Champion. Another former NXT Champion has recently made his way to WWE Raw, and “Limitless” Keith Lee has already left an impressive path of destruction in his wake. In his pay-per-view debut, Keith Lee defeated Randy Orton definitively with a Spirit Bomb.

The next night on WWE Raw, Keith Lee scored a win over Dolph Ziggler to earn a spot in the triple threat to determine the next challenger for WWE Champion Drew McIntyre. He almost took the win after destroying Seth Rollins with a Spirit Bomb, but the opportunistic Randy Orton slid in to hit an RKO on Lee and pin the damaged Rollins to take the win.

While Orton got the win, it was Keith Lee’s Spirit Bomb that truly defeated him. It wouldn’t be surprising for Seth Rollins to dwell on that and turn his focus to Keith Lee, trying to attack and injure him for what “The Monday Night Messiah” deems to be “the greater good.”

Otis

On the SmackDown side of things, or WWE Raw if Otis were to get drafted to the red brand, there’s Mr. Money in the Bank. Original plans for Otis to cash in his Money in the Bank contract have reportedly been rewritten multiple times, and it seems unlikely for the burgeoning singles competitor to even attempt a cash-in on new Universal Champion Roman Reigns or WWE Champion Drew McIntyre.

Rather than failing to cash in, WWE could take an opportunity to put the briefcase with someone more tenured while simultaneously giving Otis a main event level singles program. Should Seth Rollins end up on the same brand as Otis, it would surely cross his mind to try and acquire the Money in the Bank briefcase in hopes of finally becoming a champion once again.

While losing the briefcase might seem like a huge blow to Otis, having it stolen from him through nefarious means by Seth Rollins might actually go further for his character and future than a potentially failed cash-in attempt. Seth Rollins pushing Otis into risking the briefcase could make for a fascinating rivalry, and taking it from him could make Otis even more beloved as a babyface.
