4. Mustafa Ali

Mustafa Ali and Alexander were the cornerstones of 205 Live. Ali was dubbed “The Heart of 205 Live” with Alexander being “The Soul of 205 Live“. They had one of the best matches in all of WWE in 2018 which took place at WrestleMania 34.

The two faced each other because of a tournament. They were still friends and baby faces. Now that Alexander has joined ranks with the Hurt Business, it would be the perfect time for them to have a real feud.

Ali has yet to comment on his friend’s choice, but as someone who wants to be the light, he probably doesn’t approve. On a related note, a couple of months ago, Ali joined Alexander and Ricochet to face his new friends.

Ali has been exiled to Main Event, much like Alexander was last year. Ali needs a meaningful feud and deserves to be back on Monday Night RAW. The two have incredible chemistry and could tell an excellent story.

3. Kevin Owens

In Kevin Owens’ (Steen) final match in Ring of Honor, he gave a farewell speech. In that speech (at the 7:39 mark in the video above), Owens declared Alexander “the future of this company”.

The two have actually faced off before. Back in 2012, Alexander challenged Steen for his ROH Heavyweight Title on PWX iPPV. Alexander lost, but eventually earned a contract with ROH.

Owens is a veteran and one of the current anchors of RAW. Who better to test Alexander at this point in his career? A feud of this magnitude can remind the WWE Universe what Alexander is capable of. In the role, they can see what he can do when he’s more aggressive and even ruthless.

A feud with Owens can really allow Alexander to flourish as a “bad guy”. Owens has been both and can allow Alexander to grow into this new part of his persona. Hopefully, he can return to the “Kick 2 Kill” from his indy days.
