Keith Lee’s main roster push is being stifled with all the non-finishes and disqualifications each week.

Keith Lee was on top in NXT but all of that changed in a matter of weeks. His call up to the main roster hasn’t helped much as his momentum seems to have slowed. The former NXT champion hasn’t got the push he needed, and the inconclusive matches aren’t helping.

We all know that Triple H and Vince McMahon are high on Lee and but those rumors haven’t translated to any type of sustained push on the main roster. Yes, he was involved in matches with Drew McIntyre and Randy Orton at the very beginning, but what have they done with his long-term story telling? Nothing. Those matches have amounted to nothing.

This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw saw Orton strike and abruptly end a match that was going well and was received phenomenally by the WWE Universe in the Thunderdome. We understand that Vince and Co. want to take baby steps, but it would be better off if Lee received quality booking while fans are still excited about him. There are so many other individuals on the WWE roster that Lee can have a fully developed feud with that will allow him to gain momentum. Right now he feels like a third wheel in this story line and that doesn’t help him in any way.

We hope that WWE will look into the talent that they have by their side in Keith Lee and deliver the best version of the performer who deserves a push in every way shape and form. He has a proven record, and his skillsets are a testament to it. If these inconclusive matches continue, we may lose a promising superstar before he becomes a fan favorite on the main roster.
