SmackDown Tag Team Championship Match: The Street Profits (c) vs. The Miz & John Morrison

The first potential matchup hinges a tag team swap I’m predicting for the upcoming 2020 WWE Draft. With the precedent that championships go along with the champions, it would be interesting to see Raw Tag Team Champions The Street Profits end up swapping brands with SmackDown Tag Team Champions Shinsuke Nakamura and Cesaro.

WWE could do one of two things at this point to avoid confusion, which is either renaming the titles and letting them follow the lineage of their previous brand or simply swapping the titles between the two teams. Either way, this puts The Street Profits in a new home and pits them against a fresh set of opponents in the form of former champions The Miz and John Morrison in what would surely be a great matchup.

Raw Tag Team Championship Match: Shinsuke Nakamura & Cesaro (c) vs. Breezango

As mentioned above, this matchup hinges on a move in the 2020 WWE Draft that swaps the Raw Tag Team Champions and SmackDown Tag Team Champions between their respective brands. Considering how stale the tag team divisions have become on both shows, this may be exactly the kind of decision that could help change things.

As for potential challengers, look no further than current NXT Tag Team Champions Breezango. The duo that has already seen experience on the main roster in the past recently captured their first taste of gold, but a loss at NXT TakeOver: 31 or during an episode of WWE NXT in an upcoming title defense would free them up to be drafted to Raw in the 2020 WWE Draft as fresh challengers for Shinsuke Nakamura and Cesaro.
