WWE Survivor Series: 24/7 Championship

WWE 24/7 Championship Cross-Brand Battle Royal: R-Truth defending against superstars from both WWE Raw and SmackDown

In what will surely be a match on the WWE Survivor Series Kickoff Show, we could end up seeing a chaotic and fun contest as R-Truth finds himself in a massive battle royal to defend his WWE 24/7 Championship. Exactly who ends up in a match like this will depend on how the rest of the card shapes up and who is ultimately available for the event.

WWE’s main roster isn’t quite as bulky as it has been in previous years, so we’re unlikely to see the 10-on-10 Tag Team Traditional Survivor Series Match that’s taken place in recent years. As such, it wouldn’t be surprising to see a few tag teams wind up a part of this contest.

WWE Survivor Series: Tag Team Championship Showcase

Champions vs. Champions Tag Team Match: Raw Tag Team Champions The New Day vs. SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Street Profits

This will be the first of four “Champion vs. Champion” showcases that pit the top stars who hold gold on WWE Raw against their counterparts on SmackDown. In the tag team divisions, that means we get an absolute dream match with two of the most beloved tag teams in WWE today.

Perhaps the silliest part of this match is that these champions cordially swapped titles during this year’s WWE Draft, meaning they’re now defending the pride of the titles the other team won. Despite that flaw, we can expect The New Day and The Street Profits to show out and deliver one of the most fun matches all night.
