Sasha Banks has already proven she can defend the SmackDown Women’s Title. If she can keep the belt until WWE WrestleMania 37, who could challenge her?

In just over four months, we’ll see the 37th annual presentation of WWE’s biggest show of the year, but what might WWE WrestleMania 37 look like? One current champion looks poised to have a lengthy reign for the first time in her career, but who would challenge Sasha Banks at WWE WrestleMania 37?

After a rivalry that had spanned years reached a boiling point, Sasha Banks challenged Bayley for the SmackDown Women’s Championship at WWE Hell in a Cell. Their clash inside the structure that earned the event its name was nothing short of legendary.

It will no doubt go down as one of the top Hell in a Cell Matches of all time, but when the dust finally settled we saw “The Boss” put an end to Bayley’s seemingly never-ending reign as SmackDown Women’s Champion. It was a big moment for Sasha Banks, but her first title defense was almost equally important.

Not long after capturing the title, Banks was forced to defend it against Bayley on SmackDown. It was another great match from the two, but Sasha Banks successfully retained and pushed back on her history of short title reigns and failed title defenses.

Now, Banks is likely to turn her focus to longevity in the same way Bayley did. If she can keep this up, and honestly she absolutely can and should, Sasha Banks could walk into WWE WrestleMania 37 as the defending SmackDown Women’s Champion.

Who could challenge her at that moment? Three possibilities stand out from the pack, and all three have the potential to steal the show at WWE WrestleMania 37.
