WWE WrestleMania 37: 3 early main event predictions for the Show of Shows

I have to say, though, that I don’t see Drew McIntyre main eventing the show. I think he will be the WWE Champion going into WrestleMania 37, but I have a very hard time seeing anyone other than Roman Reigns main eventing the show.

Reigns is on another stratosphere than any other man in WWE right now. It’s really not even close when you try to compare any other male wrestler to what Reigns is doing. Between Clash of Champions and Hell in a Cell, Reigns and Jey Uso blew away every other feud in men’s wrestling this year. And I’m not just talking about WWE.

If Reigns loses the title before the year 2022, then it would have to be in the main event of WrestleMania or SummerSlam. I’m honestly not even sure Reign loses the title at all next year, at the rate he is going. Who on earth can build a case to stop him?

But if there’s one guy and one place where it can happen, then it is Big E at WrestleMania 37. (No, no forget about The Rock, that’s almost certainly not happening.)

Big E is a former NXT Champion and Intercontinental Champion. And it is an absolute travesty that he has not been WWE or Universal Champion yet. E has literally everything you look for in a world champion. He has charisma for days, he is one of the strongest wrestlers to ever step foot in WWE, he’s agile and quick, he’s been wrestling at an elite level for years, and he can cut any type of promo on anyone.

If there’s someone who can hang with Reigns in and out of the ring in this rivalry and be the perfect babyface for a WrestleMania story against WWE’s ultimate mob boss, then it is another former college football player in E. So many fans would do whatever they could to cheer and will a Big E win in the main event of WrestleMania into existence.
